My eyebrows looked the best they ever had after getting them threaded (this is not my first time) the employees are friendly as well .

On arriving the salon was clearly understaffed as there was a large queue of people waiting which meant the whole experience was not very relaxing at all as everything is open plan. The salon would benefit from a patrician wall to allow for more privacy. I was lead to a pedicure chair that had not been cleaned from the previous customer and the used equipment was still nearby. Overall customer experience was very poor initially as the staff were very busy, once this had died down I had a lovely lady who finished off my pedicure, but unfortunately the finish was quite messy. Very hard working staff but I won't be returning.

Massage was alright. But the facial was just not what I expected or hoped it would be. Every step of the way I had to instruct the staff as to what to do etc so the facial wasn't relaxing at all. Massage on the other was relaxing.
