I have given 5 stars because the problems were rectified. The first time I went for the massage and Indian head massage I was out of the door in 20 minutes which I did not think was good value for money. The massage was excellent etc just the timing.
I returned the next day, spoke with the manager and all was sorted and I had a superb massage in a clean welcoming room, calm atmosphere and a very pleasant member of staff.
There was nothing wrong with the Indian head massage either time, it was expertly administered, it is just not for me.
If I could afford it I would return daily!
The cleanliness of the salon I find is always excellent as are the welcoming staff. I am not sure if I would have a pedicure there because it is all so open plan which I do not like. One can be viewed from the street.
