The lady who did my my treatment was very welcoming, nice and friendly. My nails looked lovely at the time, but two days later the gel polish has come off one nail and I’d chipping on other! This I find surprising, as my shellac nails normally last three weeks and peel off rather than wear off! My threading was good, but she left my eyebrows tint on a bit too long and came out black rather than brown. I am waiting for them to fade a little. But overall I was pleased with the service. Very calm and clean.

Very good highlights, only negative is she didn’t manage to get all my grey hairs within the highlights but otherwise good. Also the shampoo and conditioner did not seem to be from a good quality brand.
