Prices in the saloon are different to the ones displayed on Treat well. I had selected a combo for full arms and underarms wax for £17. Saloon charged me £19 saying these are our prices. So misleading

I’m happy with the service I received but not sure I would be booking by Treatwell again. I have selected the incorrect option as didn’t notice the full list of services, when booking, and ended up paying extra money for the treatment I wanted (£10). My partner paid for hot wax back treatment which cost £30 but was then told by the beautician that it was not suitable for him and normal strip wax treatment was done instead which was £20. He didn’t get a refund. Should he get a refund from Treatwell?
