It was a great experience as always - pleasant staff, good atmosphere, very professional. I just wish that the £25 manicure (without shellac) involved a cuticle soak. Every other place that I go to does a soak but not this place - my experience is that cuticle work isn't as effective without it.

Booked my Mum to have a Deluxe facial and Aromatherapy massage for her birthday.
