I couldn’t recommend Lucy enough!! Best wax I’ve ever had! I’m new to Hertford so needed a new place for waxing; I tried another place but it was too expensive. Stumbled across Lucy on treatwell and was so impressed. She made me feel so comfortable and so thorough! She is also really affordable. She has even been able to convert me to waxing 100% of the time.. no more shaving thanks to Lucy! HIGHLY highly recommend! Thank you for what you do Lucy!

Tranquil, modern and clean - situated next to a gym but you would never know. Could even do a class and then have some relaxation!

Recently Lucy was very professional throughout my treatment. Her bubbly personality puts me at ease and makes for a very welcoming experience. She listens to what you’d like done and where necessary offers advice about other treatments on offer without the pushy-ness often used in salons that can (in my opinion) make you feel uncomfortable. All in all a very pleasant, relaxing experience and treat. Lucy moved into from a previous salon so I was really pleased to hear of her own brand new salon
