- Get on the H4 bus towards Horns Mill.
- Get off at Purkis Road bus stop.
- From the bus stop, it’s just a short walk along the road.
- As this is a private appointment only studio, the full address will be provided to you upon confirmed booking.

Please be mindful that the bus runs on the hour; leave enough time to attend your appointment. Late arrivals may be cancelled, and appointments lost.

We accept all major credit and debit cards.
We also offer flexible payment plans to help spread the cost of treatments. Please ask during your consultation for more information.
Booking & Refund Policy
All booking fees and treatment payments are non-refundable.
If you are unable to attend your appointment, you may reschedule your booking up to two times within an 8-week period, provided a minimum of 48 hours’ notice is given.
Booking fees are:
- £50 for treatments up to £300
- £100 for treatments over £300
Booking fees are required for every appointment, regardless of previous visits to the clinic. Payment details will be provided at the time of booking.
Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
We kindly ask that you provide at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
- Appointments cancelled or rescheduled with more than 48 hours’ notice can be rebooked without fees incurred.
- Cancellations made within 24–48 hours of your appointment will incur a £50 cancellation fee.
- Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment, or failure to attend, will be charged at the full value of the appointment.
