I was surprised not to get a towel to cover myself once I was undressed for the wax, especially as the door to the treatment room opened on to the main salon so anyone could have seen me! I used my jacket to cover myself. I booked a Hollywood with hot wax but the therapist told me they only do strip wax which was okay but left me with some hairs that a hot wax would have removed and a much longer lasting rash on the treated area than I would get with hot wax. Treatwell/the salon needs to amend the details for the salon so that there is not an option for hot wax. I paid at the venue so only paid for a strip wax but if I had paid on Treatwell in advance I would have paid an extra £5 for a hot wax which I wouldn't have received and would have had to get a refund from Treatwell.

Overall, I had a nice experience. The hair wash was fantastic. So gentle - I nearly fell asleep. The haircut was done very quickly and I got what I asked. At first they seemed not very friendly as they spoke on their language between themselves. But actually they turned out to be very nice, just not well speaking.
So I give them five stars.
