Mostly gentle removal and lovely therapist, but I think the nails should have been left to soak a little longer to prevent damage. A little bit of damage to the nail surface on one nail. Overall good and would return.

Therapist was lovely and the salon is great. Thing is, the lift just didn’t worapparently that happens sometimes. When I told them they immediately offered to redo it, but couldn’t take them up on the offer. Impressed with customer service, just disappointed with results. Would probably go again to see how it turned out.
