The treatment was okay, not as lifted as other places I’ve been but when I spoke to them they offered to correct it free which was good of them. The room itself was comfortable but not super relaxing - they could do with some music or something as you can just hear other customers chatting or the hairdryers from upstairs. Overall though, was pretty good value for central London.

Salon can be quite loud if other people in having treatments.

Eyelash lift and tint were very effective! A long process but staff kept me informed of the time throughout and made sure I was relaxed and comfortable. Very happy with the results. Eyebrow tint not quite as dark as I wanted it but still looks good. very happy overall
