Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

Cancellations or rescheduling made with less than 24 hours’ notice are considered late cancellations. A £20 late-rescheduling fee will apply when moving your appointment.

For no-shows or cancellations made on the same day as your appointment, the full appointment payment remains due. This policy helps protect appointment time that cannot be filled at short notice.
