Overall they did an excellent job of my eyebrows (both threading and tinting) and I’ll definitley be going back. The only thing that let the experience down was the woman on the phone when o arrived. She wasn’t taking an appointment but rather having a personal conversation on her mobile, and kept mumbling through as I arrived and ‘checked in’. Just felt slightly unprofessional for what is otherwise a lovely salon.
