The decor and ambience of the place is welcoming, they started on time, they were friendly, my hairdresser washed my hair thoroughly and gently, they offered me a drink and my hair cut was fabulous! Ah, they also use natural products which I didn't expect. I did't read all the ingredients but the front labels claim no parabens, etc. Thanks Loretta, I am super happy with my new look.
