Treatment was completed to a good standard. Staff were very nice and ensured that I was happy with my colour and regularly checked to make sure I was comfortable. They seemed confused by my booking initially, even though it was quite clear from my confirmation which treatment I had booked. I didn’t like that fact that you are in the open, rather than a private room; quite hard to relax if the staff are talking amongst themselves. Overall a good treatment result but could be more professional.

This is what happened when you go to the wrong place and unfortunately you meet the wrong person without experience in men’s haircut. Disaster.
Now I need to go to adjust my hair again.
I will not recommend this place at all!!!

Lovely place and staff are so friendly. Not the best wax though, missing the final tidy-up element so doesn’t feel quite finished.
