This place seems lovely, warm and friendly. However annoyingly when I showed up for an eyebrow tint they wouldn’t go through with it because I hadn’t had a patch test. I understand that sometimes places ask this, but this wasn’t mentioned anywhere during the booking process. So to show up after an overnight work shift, already incredibly pressed for time and having prepaid, only to be told no, is fairly irritating. If it’s a prerequisite for a treatment then that has to be included in any booking.
