Actually ended up having threading as this was recommended when I arrived. Very reassuring as I was quite nervous, and accommodating of needs to turn bright lights down etc! I had a couple of stray hairs left at the end, but this could well have been because I was squinting so much and because of the dimmed lights!

When I got home I noticed that several hairs had been missed from my eyebrows. Usually Ellie Beauty are great but this wasn’t up to their usual standards.

I was abit disappointed that despite showing pictures that I'd spent hours finding I was then asked to just choose photos off their I-pad to show what type of haircut I was looking for when none of them were really it. They were just the first page of a Google search and I'd been doing very specific searches. I was also made tea that I never got to drink because they kept making me move, meaning my personal belongings were left at the feet and next to a complete stranger which made me really uncomfortable.
The haircut i have is alright but it isn't what I envisioned.
