I have to say when I think about the price of the haircut I definitely wouldn’t say it’s worth £50. I don’t want to be too harsh as the director was pleasant to me for the most part, but the first thing I experienced when sitting down on the chair was an exclamation about how bad my hair was and how damaged from heat it was (I rarely use heat on my hair) - she then proceeded to try to sell me one of her products, which is fine it’s a business, but I feel like it could have been marketed to me in a better way as I have always been told how healthy my hair is from other salons. The director also failed to put heat protectant in my hair pre blow dry despite the lecture she gave me about using it! My hair does feel soft and looks nice but overall I did feel like the cut and blow dry was rushed and I could have received a better experience elsewhere at a comparable price.
