Customer service was very lacking. Bad attitude. Bit too cool & didn’t really care what you were saying. Wax was one of the worst Ive ever had. Had to get her to do it again as she’d missed quite a bit of hair. Price wasn’t what was on treat well either, but they honoured that. Been here before and the older lady is much better and nicer. Would not go to that therapist again.
Rude on the phone too. Bluntly Said they were busy & would call back & hung up.

Very efficient and listens to clients’ need with full heart. Get exactly the cut I wanted, blow dry make it even more beautiful. Will consider visiting again.
