I usually love my service at Ellie’s but the reason why I gave two stars for ambience on this occasion is because one of your senior staff chastised a younger member of staff who was clearly new/in training (she was working on reception), openly in front of all your customers. It was very awkward to listen to and unnecessary to confront her in that way even if she was in the wrong. As usual, my brow treatment was great. I’ll be back.
