I loathe having my hair cut: I resent the time and money spent and I hate sitting in front of the mirror failling to explain what I'd like done. However, last week I came here and had a brilliant experience with Lauren and I look forward very much to coming again. Lauren was friendly, attentive and she clearly knows her stuff. She was also caring and careful, very calm in her demeanour and meticulous in her cutting. Have already recommended Lauren and wouldn't hestiate to do so here too.
