Lauren was really nice and quick. The only thing that my appointment was at 2pm but she was behind with the person before me so I had to wait quite a while. (20/30mins) so I got a little present mini shampoo conditioner pack.

All good. Only criticism was I said needed to tie up and wanted to prevent being too frizzy.,, now is essentially a triangle as not enough to properly tie up and not enough weight to keep from pouffing out!
