I feel terrible writing this as my hairdresser was such a sweetheart, but my appointment was 20 minutes delayed so the receptionist washed my hair eventually, she then ran out of time to blowdry my hair so sat with wet hair until another lady came over and did it, the salon is very dated and quite dirty, it felt very stressful as people were shouting to each other etc, and I saw a bride and bridesmaids leave as I arrived and their hair and makeup was awful. Hate complaining but have to b honest!
