The wax they used wasn’t very nice and I was left still having to peel some off after the appointment

This was by far the best wax I have ever gotten. It was as pain free as a wax could be. Kamla was sweet, quick and made me feel very comfortable. I would highly recommend !! The salon was clean, staff professional. They were so accommodating to fit in a eyebrow threading too. Even the coffee was great
