I’m very unhappy as I asked for a layered haircut and didn’t get one even though she said she you do it. It took me years to have a long hair again and I was told I would need to get a great part of my hair cut off in order to get all the layers I wanted. I even had a picture. I was nervous about it but agreed in order to get the nice cut I was aiming. At the end, my hair is now close to my shoulders and she didn’t give me the layered haircut because she said it would look too thin on the back. I wish she had been honest since the beginning because I trusted her. I now have the same dull haircut only much, much shorter. I will never go back.
