The overall experience was good. I had a wash, cut and rough dry. However, when I got home I straightened my hair and was sad to find my cut was very uneven. I am grateful the salon have rearranged for me to have it sorted but it is was a real shame as this was the first time I chose not to go to my usual hairdresser and obviously wasn’t quite the outcome I was expecting from a trained stylist.

I had a great experience at Ellie Hair yesterday. Both the hairdresser and receptionist were wearing full PPE and gave me a plastic bag to put my handbag in, and were very welcoming. Loretta was fabulous - really friendly and made me feel right at home. She also understood exactly what to do with my curly hair so that we ended up with the length/style I wanted. Overall I had a great experience at Ellie and would highly recommend a visit there.
