My entire experience, despite the post lockdown business was very pleasant. Loretta inmediately recognised my needs and provided recommendations that fitted my expectations. Kamla is amazing, I’ve been twice and will keep going back! She makes you feel very comfortable and does the best wax. Very gentle and not painful. Highly recommend!

I was left waiting for 15 minutes after the start of my appointment (which I turned up for on time). They then washed my hair and left me for another 10 minutes. When I left I also realised my hair was still damp! I paid for a cut and blow dry, not a wet cut. Really unhappy.
