Hair cut was ok but whole experience felt very rushed. They said they were running late and gave me a complementary treatment, but then only spent around 15 mins on the actual cut even though the booking was for an hour. Felt like I was being rushed out the door - it finished early despite starting 30 mins late. She did explain she was also covering someone else’s appointments but for nearly £60 I expect better service and one complementary treatment did not feel an adequate compensation
