The place is nice, the ladies are friendly. The haircut is nice so I didn't put 1 star but the problem is that is not what I've asked for. I have showed the lady a picture of the haircut and explained that I was growing my hair and just wanted to give them a trim and more volume with some layers, well I got home with a bob. Not impressed

Quick fringe trim and it was perfect! Love being able to back in between cuts for a tidy up! Loretta was brilliant as ever!
