- The water for my pedicure was cold and I told the therapist and it warmed up slightly but then went cold again
- I was left on my own downstairs whilst my nails were drying for 35 minutes and the therapist didn't come back down
- Another therapist came down and in a condescending way said "it must be nice to sit there and relax" and I said I was just left there and she accused me of saying I would go home and then complain my nails were smudged
- I was there for 2.5 hours for a pedicure

Loretta was incredibly attentive and thoughtful. My hair is fine and thinning and she coloured and cut it in such a way that it now looks fuller and much healthier. Very pleased to have found someone who I can trust will be gentle with my hair as well as enhance it. Thank you!
