I have been a regular customer of this salon for waxing for several years now. Each appointment usually has a few stray hairs left behind (to be expected to an extent) however after my leg wax this weekend half of my left shin is not waxed. I unfortunately didn’t notice this on the day as I had a Hollywood wax immediately after with another member of staff and then had to leave for a weekend away so couldn’t get this remedied at the time. The staff (who are extremely friendly) were rushed between appointments so could have been a lot more thorough. Very disappointed.
