I have paid £55 for a facial and I am not happy with it. I specifically asked if what I wanted is included (very basic cleaning pores and popping some bad boys on my face) and none of these has been done. I am very disappointed because I'm out of £55 and I have to go somewhere else to get a proper facial done.

As per usual, I received outstanding service from everyone in the salon. But specifically Loretta, who was my stylist today and was amazing. Not only she offered great advice and did an amazing job, but was the loveliest. She always understands her clients needs and offers professional insight. I'm already looking forward to my next visit!
