I was there before with Maggie and she was amazing but this woman was not even listeningto what I want, was leaving me on the chair twice and talking with another lady, at the end my hair was short with 3 inches and I only asked for a trim, plus she didn'tdo my split ends . I neededto cut my hair at home alone
