I used to like this place but won’t be going back! Booked and pre paid for a half leg wax as I always do and the therapist double checked when I came in that was what I wanted. When doing the treatment I realised she was doing a full leg wax without asking and then tried to charge me for the full leg despite me saying that I didn’t actually want it. Then told me I should have stopped her after they’d waxed off half my leg hair!

A lovely massage and Kamala was great. Only problem was the room was right next to the manicure area and the conversations from there could be heard whilst having the manicure, so at times was not overly relaxing.
