I went for a 30 mins head massage and I feel that the quality has been really dropping. My spa lasted for about 15-20 mins, so short that I could hardly enjoy it, upon mentioning the problem, I was offered a 15% discount and I paid £25. I really find it unbelievable to pay £25 for that short a treatment.
I have had till date taken about 15 different treatments at Elley, and I strongly feel that the old staff was really good and the quality is dropping.
