I love Elley Spa and have been using it multiple times a month for over a year. But I do feel that sometimes the treatments are quite a bit shorter than they are supposed to be, this last treatment was at least 5 mins shorter than it should be as I finished earlier than planned without starting earlier.
I also feel like some of the staff are not as good / well trained as others. The lady who I had this time (and the past few) was more like stroking me and when she found knots she just moved on and didn’t try to work them out.
Some of the other staff have been fantastic though and really worked on problem areas, you can tell they have a lot of experience and want to help ease muscle aches etc. I think it would be great if their staff were more consistent and stuck to the times more.
