The staff are super friendly. It was my first time going and they made me feel super relaxed and comfortable. The chocolate wax was perfect temperature and smelt very sweet.

Arm wax was done well but the wax used was a chocolate scented one and on returning home, my skin is peeling. This has never happened before, not sure if it’s down to the wax used. Had the sides of my face waxed but I will have to go to another salon to get this fixed now. Both sides are uneven and one side looks like someone has taken a clipper to it and shaved. It looks unnatural. Did ask for a mirror a few tones but never got this.
