Not a great welcome, staff busy doing hair and didn’t engage. But Fatemeh was amazing and really made up for it. Her treatment was firm and relaxing just the way I asked

They did a good job but they were too busy. Appointment at 12 left at 14:40. The staff were lovely and offered a free haircut or eyebrow tint for the time taken but did not want to be in the salon for much longer than I was there.
