Booked in for BIAB. Builder in a bottle. Got hard gel applied even after clarifying. First chip on day 2. Less than a week all cracking and had to be removed.
My previous BIAB wasn't removed. It was all still on under the hard gel.
The team were lovely and the salon is clean and tidy.
