Lovely salon, I have been before but unfortunately this time I had a traumatic waxing experience which resulted in skin damage. It was so sore, I asked the therapist to stop as I’m pregnant and my skin is sensitive but she carried on, perhaps there was a language barrier. My skin was burnt and bruised. Usually, I’d let this go but the discomfort was so intense. They also used roll-on wax which was harsh. Eventually, Maryam took over. She was apologetic. £80 and they missed spots, never again.
