Disappointing first (and last) experience. Unwelcoming and rushed. Hair was cut much shorter than I asked, now sitting above my shoulders when I clearly showed that I wanted it at shoulder length. I stated it was much shorter and got met with zero remorse and told I was wrong and that I agreed to it above my shoulders (I 100% didn’t). Perhaps culture snd language barrier also played a problem as this salon is not Scottish people.

Zara was able to fix my very bad broken nails from acrylic extentions like magic with soft gel and Biab so they could grow back naturally and gave very good advice stayed. Zara stayed late to finish my nails as they were so soft and broken it took longer to fix them and she didn’t rush and made a very good job
