Maryam did not know I was coming !
She was already booked and had 4 ladies waiting . I had to wait 30 mins then got shampoos She tried to let the girl doing all the shampooing ( junior) cut my hair !
I did not allow this and she was not happy as other ladies were waiting on her . It was not a good hair cut or blow dry either .
I will never return to this salon .
Poor customer service .
If you allow bookings from Treatwell you must check your bookings constantly And know the salon schedule .
