I hate doing this but gave 4* for my haircut instead of 5* as I booked online as well as paid online. I stated that I had medium length hair and dry haircut which was £25. I only got one inch of hair taken of, short hair was £18 which would have been better for me. I didn't say anything at the time as there were other customers in the salon and I didn't want to create a scene.
My waxing,didn't notice that my upper lip and neck hadn't been done properly, had to redo myself.
