I was really happy with my experience and with the results. I had been looking for a hairdresser for months as my last one lives far away, I was feeling nervous about someone else doing my hair and it not living up to my expectations, but Lorraine did a fantastic job!! She is extremely knowledgable and remembers everything, she has amazing attention to detail! All of the girls are friendly and welcoming. Despite it being my first time there I felt as though I had been going their for years by the way that they welcomed me. I have already recommended Ella Connor to everybody who has commented on how nice my hair looks and I'm sure I will continue to do so. Thank you for everything, you will be seeing me again!!

I had a wash, cut & blowdry with Lacey and I literally couldn't fault it. She was friendly, professional, listened to exactly what I wanted and gave me advice to make sure I got the best cut possible. I honestly don't know why I've bothered going to expensive London salons with this little beauty on my door stop. I'll definitely be going back for all future haircuts. Thanks Lacey!
