Had an appointment for 10.30am and door was locked plus the 'closed sign' was on, so left and emailed the manager to notify them that I was there but no one in, didn't want them to think I didn't turn up. All in all, no big deal but when the manager replied she couldn't accept that her staff wasn't there stating they were in the loo!?... felt she got mad at me for highlighting that issue and even called me a bully! Sounded as being unable to take some feedback.
