Manicure was excellent and I was really happy with the finish. Unfortunately, the lash lift was a big disappointment, my lashes were overprocessed and now look damaged, which will take months to grow out. To be fair, the owner acknowledged the issue and offered a partial refund and a serum, which I appreciate. Still, I’m really sad my lashes ended up so damaged.

I have been to Josefa 4 times for pedicures and manicures and she never disappointed. She's caring, creates a very calm relaxing space, very experienced and detailed in her practice. My toe nails have improved greatly since seeing her every two weeks more so then the have in the last 5 years. I'm very happy with the service.
