Amazing. Everyone made me feel very comfortable, as they always do, as I can be a nervous patient. The lady, who I had not had before, was very warm and friendly and explained everything so I understood exactly what was happening at all times. I am so happy with the results and will continue to use Elite skin for future treatments as it is a gem.
