I felt like I was being rushed as soon as i got to the appointment and was not made aware before the appointment that I would need to arrive early to fill out paper work. I still felt rushed when doing this as their was a lot. I was also not made aware of any after care and had to ask for this as i was leaving the appointment.I was not told anything unless i asked such as what to expect and how many treatments before seeing results. I have a disability that affects my mobility and when paying had to pay £9 as I was paying by card. I was not made aware of this before the appointment and not not able able to go out and withdraw cash because of my disability. You are also only allowed to with draw £300 a day why would I assume that paying by card would be that much and bring cash with me. Overall i was not happy at all with my experience on the day and not recommend it for someone who has a disability or anyone at the moment.
