I asked for 2 skin tags to be removed on my back one centre of my spine and one a bit higher which was the largest and most noticeable but what was removed was the one in the centre and one lower on the spine which was barely noticeable. I was given a sheet to mark where they were but the guy never even looked at it and although while he marked the ones he removed while I was lying down he never gave me the chance to check with a mirror before going ahead and I only noticed once I got home and looked in my own mirror. I ask for some sort of option (personal discount or to get another booking through groupon) so I could afford to rectify their mistake but was told no and to pay full price for something that shouldn’t have needed to be done. Very poor job and customer service
