Never can fault the massages!
I was really disappointed with my recent power booster facial. I have been coming to Elemis Debenhans for nearly a decade and this was by the far the worst experience. To start: She didnt explain what to keep/take off when left to get ready The massage chair is either different or she put it on max pressure. I found she wasn't trained on how to adjust it to create a relaxed experience for me. Her facial application very rough. The voucher card says it's an "escape" experience. Did not feel that way. I love the elemis facial peel. But the way in which she applied it; the peel was stuck to so much of my hair I had to slowly take each bit off one by one at the end and even on my journey home. No hospitality, glass of water at end offered. No offer to talk through products used, just said bye when I came out of the pod. She was clueless with what to do with the hot stone massage. At end, ripped the hair band off. Really think the service levels at Elemis Debenhams have gone down hill upon my experience and speaking to family and friends.
My experience with Louise was awesome. Having had other therapists before, I found that Louise took her time to understand my concerns and suggested and implemented ways to improve them . My skin was very improved after the facial. More importantly she didn't make the selling of the products after the facial so much the priority as really helping me to achieve my skin targets . Thanks Louise.
Very relaxing and left my skin glowing!
I have been here before and thought the member of staff who carried out my facial was fantastic! This time, not so much. She seemed to not know what she was doing and it felt rushed. At the end she forgot I had to pay. Luckily I was honest enough to remind her I still had to pay.
