Really lovely. Gentle but thorough facial and welcome shoulder and neck massage while mask was on. Felt cleansed and calm when I left. Will be going again.

Was looking specifically to relax on this treatment and the lights weren’t turned down and I could hear noise from the department store instead of music being turned on during parts of my treatment. I found the therapist quite pushy with respect to buying products (around £250 worth for a £24 treatment- KNOW YOUR AUDIENCE!) afterwards so I definitely won’t come back to this particular person.
